Leadership

Steven C. Peck and Adam J. Peck guide the California Elder Abuse Prevention Foundation.

Both spend their working days on the treatment of residents in nursing homes and assisted living facilities. That is the experience they bring here. The Foundation is a separate organization from their law practice, and it does not give legal advice or take on legal matters.

The Foundation and the law practice are separate

Both men practise law at the Peck Law Group. That is stated here because it is where their experience of elder abuse comes from, and because a reader deserves to know it. The Foundation is not the firm: it does not give legal advice, does not take on legal matters, and does not refer anyone to an attorney.

Questions for the Foundation can go through the contact page.
