Practice focus
His work concentrates on three closely related areas: nursing home abuse and neglect, assisted living abuse and neglect, and elder abuse. Those cases turn on how an older person was treated by the people responsible for their care. Prevention is the other side of that same question.
Education
He earned his J.D. at the University of West Los Angeles. Before law school he took a bachelor’s degree in business administration, in management and marketing, from Ohio University.
Speaking publicly about elder abuse
In a Peck Law Group press release published on the National Law Review on August 7, 2026, calling attention to elder abuse risks facing a growing senior population, he spoke about what older adults are owed as they age.
